Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Project Manager to lead complex and challenging structural water and civil engineering projects within the global Resilience business unit, focusing on climate adaptation and sustainable development across multiple German locations. The core responsibilities include the technical and commercial steering of regional and supra-regional projects, supporting acquisition and tender processes, and acting as the primary contact for clients. Day-to-day tasks involve participating in structural planning, from foundational design through execution planning, tendering, and implementation of construction measures. Success requires ensuring projects are realized according to contract, schedule, and quality standards, alongside coordinating internal and external stakeholders. Candidates must possess a degree in Civil Engineering, substantial professional experience in water construction, and proven expertise in cost control, contract management, and leadership.
