Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Project Manager specializing in structural engineering within the field of hydraulic and civil engineering, supporting the Resilience business unit focused on Climate Adaptation. The professional will be responsible for the technical and commercial leadership of challenging regional and national projects, including flood protection, locks, weirs, dams, retention basins, waterway development, and harbor construction. Key responsibilities involve ensuring projects are realized according to contract, schedule, and quality standards, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, and contributing to the design and structural planning from fundamental creation through to execution planning. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Civil Engineering, possesses multi-year professional experience in hydraulic/structural engineering projects, and demonstrates strong skills in project, contract, and cost management, coupled with fluent German and proficient English skills.
