Job Summary

This role involves joining a major digital services provider in Nuremberg to enhance their infrastructure security posture. The core focus is the introduction, operation, and administration of the Palo Alto Prisma Cloud CNAPP solution, ensuring robust cloud-native application protection. Day-to-day responsibilities include automating security processes, developing self-services around CNAPP, and conducting comprehensive security analyses, including threat modeling, penetration tests, and vulnerability assessments of third-party components. The engineer will also be responsible for selecting and implementing new security tools derived from strategic goals and technological trends, while continuously monitoring compliance with current IT security requirements within the scope of the role. Success requires a background in IT security, hands-on experience with Prisma Cloud in multi-cloud or hybrid environments, and strong automation skills.
