Job Summary

This role is focused on ensuring seamless IT operations and providing comprehensive user support, both remotely and on-site, for a globally active client located in the Ansbach district. Key daily tasks involve analyzing and resolving technical faults, ranging from standard service tickets to complex system troubleshooting, as well as managing and optimizing installations, updates, and security measures. The administrator will also be responsible for the continuous support of networks, mobile devices, and printers, alongside maintaining clear and understandable documentation of all IT processes for the team. The position requires a completed IT qualification or equivalent experience, strong technical understanding, and knowledge of networking protocols (VLANs, IPv6) and Windows Server environments.
