Job Summary

This role involves the conception, specification, and continuous development of next-generation airborne radio equipment. The professional will be responsible for planning, executing, and documenting qualification, integration, and system tests, including EMC and environmental testing. Key day-to-day tasks include developing and maintaining test environments, automating test procedures, and analyzing/resolving technical issues in close collaboration with hardware, software, and system architects. A crucial part of the job is leading sub-projects, ensuring adherence to quality, time, and budget constraints, and creating comprehensive technical documentation and customer-facing materials. This position requires a background in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, strong knowledge of avionics/radio technology, and experience with embedded systems architecture and relevant civil/military standards.
