This role involves providing essential First Level IT Support, ensuring employees and external partners can utilize IT services effectively and efficiently. Day-to-day responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving user problems, proactively addressing root causes of recurring issues, and preventing future problems through the creation and delivery of training content and knowledge transfer. The ideal candidate is friendly, highly communicative, service-oriented, and stress-resistant, possessing an IT-related educational background or equivalent qualification. Key requirements include initial experience in technical support within MS Office 365 environments, familiarity with IT Service Management systems (such as JIRA or Service Now), and strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and basic networking concepts. The position offers a secure, permanent role in a dynamic, growth-oriented company contributing to the energy transition, based in a modern, dog-friendly office in Frankfurt.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in the IT sector or a comparable qualification. ITIL Certification is advantageous.
