Job Summary

This critical role involves strategically and operationally protecting the company's systems, data, and processes as the IT Security Manager. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and continuously improving the IT security strategy and policies in alignment with corporate standards, defining secure IT architectures for networks and cloud environments, and leading comprehensive risk management efforts, including vulnerability identification and mitigation. A key function is coordinating incident management, from analysis to follow-up, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements like GDPR and internal standards such as ISO 27001. The role also requires adapting Group-level security policies for German organizations, enhancing security awareness among staff, and managing external security service providers (e.g., SOC/MDR, Pentests). The ideal candidate must possess a degree in Computer Science or IT Security, several years of practical experience in information security, and fluent proficiency in both German and English to facilitate communication with the UK-based Group.
