This role involves leading and managing the expansion and new construction projects for kindergartens (Kita) within the Youth and Social Welfare Office in Pforzheim. The Project Manager will be responsible for the needs-based development of childcare capacity, implementing expansion programs, and drafting municipal council proposals for new and extension projects. Key duties include cross-departmental coordination, communication with investors and operators to ensure smooth project execution, and managing the entire process flow. The ideal candidate holds a university degree in Construction, Public Management, or Business Administration, coupled with several years of experience in project management, especially related to the structural planning of childcare facilities.
