Job Summary

This full-time, fixed-term position (until October 2027) as a Fundraising and EU Projects Officer is located within the Mayor's Department, focusing strategically on international engagement and social cohesion. Day-to-day responsibilities involve providing expert advice and support to municipal departments regarding the acquisition of EU funding, and actively participating in the division's own EU projects. The officer is also responsible for comprehensive sponsorship management, ensuring compliance with municipal guidelines, and maintaining, updating, and analyzing the central funding database. Furthermore, the role requires strong public relations skills, including organizing events, building relevant networks, and representing the city's interests. Candidates must possess a completed university degree, preferably in Public Management, Social, Cultural, or Political Sciences, coupled with fundamental knowledge and practical experience in funding management and EU project implementation. This role offers flexible working models and meaningful, responsible tasks contributing to the community.
