Job Summary

This role involves shaping the future workforce of the Pforzheim City Administration by developing and implementing a modern, effective recruiting strategy across diverse departments. The specialist will be responsible for planning, organizing, and conducting job interviews and selection procedures for higher-level positions (starting at pay grade 13 TVöD/A 13 LBesGBW). Key duties include tracking current recruiting trends, continuously improving personnel selection methods, and collaborating closely with internal departments and employee representatives. A significant part of the job is enhancing the employer brand, particularly through creating engaging visual content and posts on professional social networks like LinkedIn, and participating in various HR projects such as digitalization initiatives and career fairs. The ideal candidate brings relevant operative recruiting experience, a structured approach, strong communication skills, and enthusiasm for visual content design.

Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in Public Management, Humanities, Economics, Social Sciences with a focus on Personnel, Pedagogy, Psychology, or equivalent qualification

Experience

  • Relevant experience in operative recruiting
  • Secure handling of recruiting tools
  • Professional experience in personnel marketing (advantageous)
  • Theoretical knowledge in aptitude diagnostics (ideal)
