Job Summary

This role involves acting as a Geoinformatics Specialist within the Second-Level Support team, focusing on the future ALKIS-EQK components, specifically GKA3, the Qualification component, and the Continuation component. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing and processing complex support inquiries, troubleshooting errors, developing effective solutions, and communicating clearly with users. A key function is collaborating closely with internal development teams and external software manufacturers to resolve bugs and facilitate software enhancement and evolution. Candidates must possess a completed degree (Diploma or Bachelor) in Geoinformatics or a comparable field, coupled with profound knowledge of the GKA3 software. Experience in IT support and familiarity with the Cadastral Surveying system in Baden-Württemberg are advantageous.
