Job Summary

This is a challenging and highly responsible leadership role within the Executive Directorate of Vivantes Klinikum Am Urban, Germany's largest municipal hospital operator. The Clinic Manager will actively steer the clinic, holding budget responsibility and cooperatively leading key areas such as Controlling, Medical Controlling, Process Management, PR/Marketing, and Medical Technology. Day-to-day tasks involve managing change processes, driving strategic projects from planning to success control, negotiating external contracts, and coordinating with authorities.
