As an IT Service Technician for Germany's largest municipal clinic operator, you will play a vital role in maintaining the digital infrastructure of healthcare facilities in Berlin. Your daily responsibilities include the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software, providing essential 1st and 2nd level support to staff, and ensuring smooth network operations across LAN, WLAN, and TCP/IP environments. You will also contribute to IT projects and rollouts while documenting solutions and processes.
