Job Summary

As an IT Application Support Specialist, you will be responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and support of the Orbis Hospital Information System (HIS) modules and add-ons. Your day-to-day activities will involve providing 1st and 2nd level support, consulting with clinical users on process mapping, and customizing software solutions to meet medical documentation needs. You will act as a vital interface between clinical key users, IT infrastructure teams, and software vendors. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Computer Science, Medical Informatics, or Business Informatics; alternatively, a medical background with technical training and high IT affinity.
Experience
- Professional experience in the support and maintenance of clinical application systems
- Practical experience with established Hospital Information Systems (HIS), preferably Orbis
- Proven experience in clinical documentation workflows and medical processes
- Experience in solution design and software customization within a healthcare environment

- Proof of measles immunity/vaccination (for those born after 1970) is a mandatory prerequisite; Location: Berlin Reinickendorf; Full-time (38.5 hours/week); Mobile work possible by arrangement.
