Job Summary
This role involves managing and executing technical property services, focusing on building systems within a research center environment, particularly those with a high proportion of laboratory facilities. The technician will lead projects for new construction and modification of building systems, manage tendering, coordination, and billing for maintenance and repair work, and establish a fault management system for facility operations. Key requirements include a degree in Energy and Building Technology or similar, along with several years of professional experience in maintaining and operating technical building systems. Experience with laboratory buildings and general facility management knowledge are highly desirable. Education
Degree (Dipl.-Ingenieurin or Bachelor) in Energy and Building Technology, Supply Engineering, or a comparable field

- Experience in dealing with building automation
