Job Summary

This role involves managing and operating the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platform, which is crucial for the City of Nuremberg's IT service automation strategy. The IT Service Engineer will be responsible for the full service lifecycle of the RPA platform, including its ongoing operation, development, and strategic management. Key tasks include creating and refining operational concepts (such as role, authorization, and emergency plans), administering the platform, and managing the datacenter automation service area. The successful candidate must possess deep knowledge of RPA, specifically UiPath and Microsoft Windows Server, coupled with project management experience and strong soft skills like negotiation and self-initiative.
