Job Summary
This role requires an experienced Onsite Service Technician to support critical IT projects, specifically focusing on hardware rollouts and maintaining operational stability within a versatile system landscape, primarily serving the banking sector. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing comprehensive 1st and 2nd Level Support, handling troubleshooting both remotely and directly onsite, and managing customer inquiries received via phone, email, or at the service counter. You will also be responsible for the setup, dismantling, and relocation of hardware components, alongside meticulous maintenance of asset data. Key qualifications include advanced knowledge of standard hardware, basic familiarity with Windows and Office environments, and strong communication skills. Experience with ticketing systems and remote support is highly advantageous. This position offers a fixed-term contract opportunity with a leading German IT service company and high potential for long-term engagement.
