Job Summary

This role supports the IT infrastructure of a leading global IT service provider, focusing on device lifecycle management and end-user support during hardware transitions. The IT Rollout Technician is responsible for issuing new equipment, providing instruction to users on the installation process, and troubleshooting related issues. A critical part of the job involves managing the collection and preparation of old devices for return, including secure data deletion, cleaning, packaging, and accurate documentation within the Asset Management system. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, a service-oriented demeanor, and functional English proficiency for handling tickets and external communications. This is a full-time, temporary contract position.
