Job Summary

This role involves bringing modern access control and time recording systems to life for customers, acting as a System Technician responsible for the smooth operation of these solutions. Day-to-day tasks include the installation and configuration of halion products on customer systems and managed servers, setting up and maintaining time recording hardware, and performing necessary updates, upgrades, and software patches. A key component of the role is providing First and Second Level support via phone, email, and remote maintenance, meticulously documenting all support tickets. The ideal candidate possesses a technical or commercial education (e.g., IT System Management Specialist or IT Specialist) and foundational knowledge in IT system technology, middleware, and helpdesk systems like Jira or Zendesk.
