Job Summary

This role involves providing essential IT support and executing hardware rollouts for various clients within a 50km radius of the Düsseldorf/Cologne area. The Rollout Technician will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and commissioning of PCs, notebooks, printers, and peripheral devices. Key day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, performing functional tests, analyzing and resolving faults while adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Additionally, the technician will handle basic user account management, provide user support, and meticulously document all activities, maintaining checklists and asset data. The ideal candidate possesses a relevant IT qualification, strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and MS Office, basic networking skills, and a high degree of independence and customer focus.
