Job Summary

As an IT Technician, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive onsite and remote support for a leading IT service provider in Germany. Your daily activities will include performing hardware rollouts, managing IT projects, and ensuring the smooth operation of system landscapes specifically within the media industry. You will act as a primary point of contact for First and Second Level Support, troubleshooting issues and documenting customer inquiries through various channels. Additionally, you will handle the physical assembly and disassembly of hardware components and maintain accurate asset data.
