Job Summary

This role involves working for a traditional pharmaceutical company in Cologne, specializing in the manufacture of high-quality Consumer Healthcare medicines. The Chemical Technician will be central to maintaining quality standards by independently conducting in-process, goods receipt, and packaging material inspections. Key responsibilities include raw material sampling, developing and revising control procedures, and managing quality-relevant documentation. Furthermore, the role involves organizing and monitoring the procurement of laboratory equipment and materials, as well as supporting the implementation and enhancement of new IT systems and procedures. Candidates must have a completed qualification as a Pharmaceutical or Chemical Technician, experience with GMP regulations, familiarity with LIMS, and proficiency in MS Office. This is a full-time, permanent position offering competitive compensation based on the Chemical Industry collective agreement, including shift work.
