Job Summary

This role involves training and instructing young adults (aged 16-24) with chronic illnesses and/or physical disabilities in vocational skills, enabling them to participate actively in professional and social life. The successful candidate will be responsible for independently conducting training based on a practical, action, and competence-oriented concept for the professions of Electronics Technician for Devices and Systems, Industrial Electrician, and Specialist Practitioner for Industrial Electrical Engineering. Key day-to-day tasks include imparting essential competencies such as manual skills, soldering, handling measurement technology, basic component knowledge, fundamental electronic circuits, microcomputing, and PLC content. The instructor will also actively prepare participants for intermediate and final examinations and contribute to maintaining quality standards. This is a full-time, temporary position (40 hours/week) covering sick leave, offering meaningful work within a supportive educational environment.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician or comparable qualification (Engineer, Master Craftsman, or Technician degree in Electronics); Instructor Certification (AEVO) (Ideal)

Experience

  • Professional experience in vocational instruction for commercial-technical professions (Ideal)
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of electronics
  • Secure knowledge transfer skills in electrical engineering and material processing
