This role involves guiding individuals recovering from mental health challenges as they reintegrate into the workforce. Based in Dresden, you will provide practical, hands-on instruction in IT-related tasks such as database management, hardware, and software applications. Your daily responsibilities include mentoring participants, documenting their progress through formal reporting, and actively building a network of corporate partners to facilitate job placements and internships. You will act as both a technical expert and a career coach, helping participants navigate the transition into employment or further vocational training. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker), Application Developer, or IT Systems Clerk; a degree in Computer Science or a Technician qualification is preferred.

Experience

  • Professional experience in Information Technology, Application Development, or IT Systems Management
  • Experience in or openness to working with individuals with mental health conditions
  • Knowledge of the current IT labor market and vocational training landscape
  • Experience in documenting participant progress and reporting
