Job Summary

This role is central to the Technical Building Management team, ensuring the safe and reliable operation of technical building equipment, guaranteeing continuous supply of essential energies (electricity, heat, cooling) and media (air, water, medical and technical gases) for all internal processes. The professional will be responsible for overseeing emergency power and UPS systems, conducting regular tests, and performing switching operations within the low-voltage network. Key responsibilities also include the maintenance and repair of power supply systems, documentation revision, and the creation of maintenance and inspection reports. The ideal candidate is a qualified electrician with strong knowledge of VDE regulations and protective measures, possessing analytical thinking skills and a willingness to participate in an on-call rotation.
