Job Summary

This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Service Technician to join a nationwide service provider in Nuremberg, focusing on critical on-site support and field service operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing 2nd Level Support for client systems and end devices such as PCs, notebooks, and printers, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, and managing installations. The technician will also handle data recovery, conduct hardware exchanges, process warranty claims, and meticulously document all activities within the ticketing system, including dispatching tasks. Key qualifications include a completed vocational training in the IT sector or equivalent, professional experience in 2nd Level support, and familiarity with hardware commissioning.
