The primary focus is ensuring a stable and future-proof energy world by translating DIN and VDE regulations, alongside lessons learned, into 50Hertz's internal standards and guidelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading the development and maintenance of the Grid Control and Grid Operations Guideline (NNÜ), representing the company in critical standardization bodies (e.g., DKE), and supporting medium-term shutdown planning. A significant component of the job involves conceptualizing and conducting training programs for electrical professionals and plant managers. Candidates must hold a degree in Electrical or Energy Engineering and possess several years of professional experience in grid operations, coupled with deep knowledge of DIN/VDE norms and operational safety processes. Strong communication skills in both German (C1/Fluent) and English (B2/Intermediate) are essential for success in this influential role.
