Job Summary

This role involves actively shaping the selection process for a leading European defense and security technology company based near Munich. The professional will collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to define and execute comprehensive recruiting campaigns, manage job postings, and implement strategic candidate sourcing, including extensive Active Sourcing across various online and offline channels. Key responsibilities include independently conducting candidate screenings, planning and organizing interviews, preparing qualified shortlists, and managing talent pools for long-term talent security. The professional is also expected to create reports, measure success, and represent the company at recruiting events to strengthen the employer brand. The ideal candidate possesses a university degree in social sciences, 3-5 years of professional experience in both in-house recruiting or agency headhunting, and profound knowledge of modern recruiting methods. Success requires a proactive, results-oriented approach, strong consulting skills regarding search strategies, and excellent communication abilities in both German and English.
