Job Summary

This role involves leading, coordinating, and executing complex internal IT projects and sub-projects within the Information Management (IM) Project and Portfolio Management department at HENSOLDT, a leading European defense industry company. The IT Project Manager will be crucial in transforming and shaping the company's IT landscape, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards using standardized methodologies. Daily tasks include monitoring processes across interdisciplinary, multi-site teams, coordinating effective communication, defining project scope and deliverables, and creating necessary business cases. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or Industrial Engineering, possesses long-term professional experience as a project leader or IT consultant, and demonstrates comprehensive IT understanding, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities in an international setting. Knowledge of Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, and SAP is advantageous.
