Job Summary

This role involves taking charge of the technical and commercial management of commercial and industrial properties within the Facility Management sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of caretakers and technical staff, providing them with professional guidance, and serving as the central point of contact for clients to ensure contract satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include technical project leadership, managing modernization initiatives, planning and executing maintenance and repair work, and contributing to budgeting and reporting. Key requirements include a degree in Facility Management or a technical vocational qualification (preferably in Electrical Engineering, HVAC, or Building Technology), coupled with relevant professional experience in property administration and team leadership.
