This role involves taking overall technical and commercial responsibility for the operation, maintenance, and modernization of building technical systems within the GIG Group, a specialist in technical and infrastructural Facility Management across Germany. The Project Manager will lead a team of building technicians and caretakers, overseeing deployment planning, staff development, and ensuring high customer satisfaction as the central point of contact for clients. Key responsibilities include comprehensive project management for modernization and special projects, from planning through successful acceptance, alongside managing budget planning, reporting, and coordinating maintenance schedules. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Electrical Engineering or Measurement and Control Technology, coupled with substantial professional experience in maintaining and operating technical systems, and proven leadership skills. Strong organizational, commercial, and communication skills, supported by excellent German language proficiency, are essential for success in this demanding and varied role.
