Job Summary

This role involves leading and coordinating projects focused on technical building equipment (TGA) systems within a specialist facility management group operating across Germany. The Project Manager will be responsible for creating and reviewing technical concepts, plans, and tender documents, while meticulously managing project schedules, budgets, and overall execution. A key part of the job is collaborating closely with architects, specialist planners, subcontractors, and clients to ensure quality assurance and compliance with relevant standards and regulations. Candidates should possess a degree or master qualification in supply technology or electrical engineering, coupled with at least two years of experience in project management within TGA plant construction. Success in this position requires strong assertiveness, excellent communication skills, and the ability to independently manage cross-trade projects.
