In this role, you will act as a licensed representative before the German Patent and Trademark Office and the European Patent Office, advising clients on industrial property rights, particularly patents and designs. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting, filing, and prosecuting patent applications nationally and internationally, handling invention descriptions, and conducting expert opinions and patent searches. You will also mentor junior staff and patent engineers. The ideal candidate possesses a strong scientific background, extensive experience in relevant technical fields, excellent analytical skills, and fluency in both German and English.
