This role is for an experienced Senior Onsite Support Specialist based in Geretsried, joining a successful nationwide IT service provider. The core responsibilities include managing and maintaining the network and server infrastructure, including server rooms, and providing comprehensive technical support for Windows and Microsoft 365 environments, including Teams. Day-to-day tasks involve handling hardware installations, administering time tracking, CCTV, and telephone systems, and overseeing support tickets within the ITSM system.
