As an Onsite Support IT Service Technician in Munich, you will be the primary point of contact for technical issues, providing hands-on and remote assistance for a growing IT consultancy. Your daily responsibilities include managing hardware peripherals like printers, supporting Windows and MacOS devices, and handling user account administration through Active Directory, such as password resets and account unlocking. You will be responsible for the entire incident lifecycle: accepting reports via phone, email, or in-person, analyzing errors, resolving tickets, and maintaining precise documentation. This role is ideal for a service-oriented professional with a strong technical background in Microsoft operating systems. Required Skills
