Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the smooth operation and high availability of innovative IoT solutions for customers in Penzberg. The IoT Onsite Service Technician will be responsible for the installation and configuration of IoT sensors and gateways, setting up connections to IoT platforms, and managing associated assets and OT networks. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing and resolving technical malfunctions within the IoT environment, designing preventative maintenance measures, and acting as the primary point of contact for service inquiries. Furthermore, the technician will actively support IT projects such as rollouts and migrations and collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to propose improvements for IoT infrastructure and processes. The ideal candidate possesses a completed technical education (e.g., IT Specialist or IT System Electronics Technician) and relevant professional experience in IoT and onsite IT support, combined with strong German and basic English skills.
