Job Summary

This position is for an Onsite IT Support Technician based in Donauwörth, joining a market leader in Managed Services. The core responsibility involves managing and resolving IT support requests, including B/F, IMAC, and H+E tickets, and implementing specific project orders. Day-to-day tasks include providing 2nd Level support directly at the customer site, applying standard applications, and delivering solutions for Windows clients, printers, networking, and telecommunications. Successful candidates must possess practical experience with standard Office and Adobe applications, fundamental knowledge of current operating systems (especially Windows), and extensive hardware expertise, including PCs, notebooks, and IP telephony. A structured, meticulous approach and strong customer orientation are essential.
