This role involves providing essential Second Level IT Support and monitoring for a company in the automotive sector located in Braunschweig. As an Onsite Service IT Technician, you will be responsible for hands-on hardware repair (desktops, notebooks, tablets, and mobile scanners) and performing software and operating system installations. A significant part of the job is direct user support, personally assisting users at the Service Point, and resolving technical issues both remotely and onsite. The ideal candidate has completed relevant vocational training (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration or IT System Electronics Technician), possesses experience with ticketing systems, and has practical knowledge of IT support for Windows 10 and MS Office. Required Skills

Education

Successfully completed vocational training (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Specialist for Digital Networking, IT Customer Advisor, IT System Electronics Technician, IT System Salesperson, IT Service Technician, or Information Electronics Technician) or comparable qualification

Experience

  • Professional experience in supporting end-users
  • Experience working with a ticketing system
  • Practical professional experience in IT support for Windows 10 and MS Office
