Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated IT Service Technician to act as the primary problem solver for complex hardware and software challenges directly at customer sites in Hamburg. Day-to-day responsibilities include installing and configuring IT hardware and software solutions, independently analyzing and resolving disruptions in customer IT infrastructures, providing expert IT support, and managing the intake, qualification, and dispatching of incidents. The ideal candidate possesses a completed technical education (such as an IT Systems Electronics Technician or equivalent), detailed knowledge of current Windows operating systems, and strong organizational skills. This position offers an opportunity to leverage technical expertise to quickly restore IT functionality for clients, ensuring smooth operations. The role is initially through temporary employment with the option for permanent takeover, offering 30 days of vacation and professional development opportunities.
