Job Summary

This role is for an experienced IT Service Technician based in Hamburg, focusing on onsite support within a market-leading IT solutions and service management company. Day-to-day responsibilities include the installation and configuration of hardware and software, independent analysis of customer IT disruptions, and providing 2nd Level Support directly at the customer site. The technician will handle tasks related to Windows Client systems, printers, networking, and telecommunications, systematically documenting all work steps. Key qualifications include an IT education or relevant prior experience in IT support, strong knowledge of current Windows operating systems, and initial networking experience. Fluency in German and good English skills are required.
