Job Summary

This leadership role in Augsburg involves taking overall responsibility for the Managed Services division of a growing IT service provider, focusing on delivering customized IT solutions for clients' digital transformation. Day-to-day, you will provide technical and disciplinary leadership to the service teams, ensuring smooth operations and strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Key responsibilities include strategic development of the service portfolio, managing operative customer relationships, handling escalations, and overseeing capacity, resource, and budget planning. The ideal candidate possesses a technical degree or equivalent IT qualification, at least five years of experience in an IT Service leadership function, and strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, network, and cloud technologies.
