Job Summary

This is an opportunity for an IT Service Technician specializing in Onsite Support to join a market-leading company focused on IT solutions and service management in Munich. The role involves providing 2nd Level Onsite Support at customer locations, handling a variety of IT support tasks based on transmitted tickets (B/F, IMAC, H+E) and project assignments. Key responsibilities include managing Windows Client environments, performing network patching, and supporting hardware such as PCs, notebooks, scanners, and label printers. The ideal candidate will possess a completed IT education or equivalent qualification, strong knowledge of current Windows operating systems and standard applications, and excellent communication skills for client interaction. This full-time, permanent position is initially offered through temporary employment with a strong option for permanent takeover.
