Job Summary

This role is for an IT Field Service Technician based in Frankfurt am Main, working for a leading IT consulting firm specializing in information and communication technology services. The core responsibilities involve providing classic IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services, which includes setting up and dismantling new and used IT equipment, managing the PC inventory, installing operating systems and applications, and performing data backups. The ideal candidate must possess a completed IT-related qualification, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration, coupled with strong knowledge of hardware, peripheral devices, and common Microsoft operating systems.
