Job Summary

Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and resolving disruption reports and IT workplace inquiries, performing hardware setup, teardown, and exchange, and providing essential training and instruction to end-users. You will also assist with the configuration and updating of operating systems, and manage hardware, client peripherals, and mobile devices. The ideal candidate has a background as an IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent professional experience, practical knowledge of Windows client workstations, mobile device support, and familiarity with ticketing systems and asset management.
