Job Summary

This role is a hands-on opportunity for an Onsite IT Service Technician to join a leading European IT company in Oberhausen, specializing in comprehensive IT and e-commerce services. Day-to-day responsibilities include installing and configuring various IT hardware types, independently analyzing customer inquiries, providing first-line IT support, and managing ticket processing.
