Job Summary

This role as an IT Systems Specialist in Hamburg focuses on managing and maintaining modern IT infrastructures for high-profile clients. Daily duties include ensuring network security, maintaining stable server environments, installing and configuring end-user clients (including Windows 8/10/11), performing hardware relocations, and executing repairs on desktop, notebook, and printer systems. The specialist will analyze software and hardware errors and provide professional, direct on-site support to users. Candidates must possess a completed vocational qualification in IT System Integration or equivalent, coupled with very strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and fundamental understanding of LAN/WLAN infrastructures.
