Job Summary

This role involves working as an IT Service Technician focused on the 24x7 monitoring and operating of IT applications within a production environment in Braunschweig. The core responsibilities include acting as the Single Point of Contact (SPoC) for all incoming communications (calls, emails, faxes), immediately reacting to security incidents, and continuously monitoring selected systems to identify warnings and disruptions. Day-to-day tasks involve rigorous documentation of operating processes, qualifying, classifying, prioritizing, and documenting incoming support tickets, and promptly isolating and resolving hardware and software errors as part of the Second Level Support team. Candidates should possess a completed vocational training in the IT field (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) and experience implementing service concepts and established processes. This position is initially temporary staffing with the option for permanent employment.

Completed vocational training in the IT sector (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration, IT System Electronics Technician, or IT System Salesman)

Experience
