Job Summary
This role is for an IT Service Technician specializing in 1st Level Support, acting as a crucial link between users and complex IT systems in Munich or Berlin. Day-to-day responsibilities involve solving IT problems, logging issues in a ticketing system, and providing on-site support for hardware and software queries. The technician will also be responsible for setting up programs on workstations using software distribution tools and managing computers, printers, mobile devices, and network components. The ideal candidate possesses a relevant IT qualification (such as an IT Specialist in System Integration) and proven experience in IT support. Key technical skills required include proficiency with Windows, Active Directory, Office 365, and networking fundamentals.
