This role is ideal for a skilled IT professional specializing in hardware deployment and user support, working as a Rollout Technician for a nationwide German IT service provider based in Munich. Day-to-day responsibilities include the installation, delivery, setup, breakdown, and relocation of IT hardware such as PCs, notebooks, and peripheral devices. The technician will also provide direct user support through floorwalking, service point assistance, and remote support via telephone.
