Job Summary

This role is for an Onsite IT Service Technician located in Berlin, supporting a market-leading company specializing in comprehensive IT solutions and service management. The core responsibilities involve providing crucial hands-on support for end-user devices, including notebooks, desktops, and mobile equipment. Daily tasks include performing hardware and software fault diagnosis, installing and setting up new IT workstations, configuring IT components for rollout, and meticulously documenting all technical procedures within a ticketing system.
